The hotel was reasonably priced and we found the location convenient to explore the city. The staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which offered variety and quality of food.

The walls are thin and sound can easily be heard from neighboring rooms, making it difficult for us to get a peaceful night's sleep. The parking spaces were quite small and it was difficult to park our car, moreover the lights in the hallway were sometimes flickering, which made us feel a bit uneasy.

Hotel rooms on the 11th floor overlooking the Don River, promenade and city centre within walking distance, Rostov-Arena for football fans on the other side of the Don also within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast buffet on the 13th floor, not even tested. Small restaurant with good, Russian-inspired cuisine on the 12th floor. Rooms clean, new, well equipped, very attractive design, large enough for single room. Most of the staff also speak English, were very friendly and helpful.

Very good beds, super service, very good breakfast buffet, drinking water dispenser in the corridors and kettle with coffee and tea in the room. Very clean.

Room somewhat narrow, but ok if you prefer to sleep there only. Only minus: Toilet directly beside the shower, i.e. the foot area of the toilet was flooded after the shower.

We love the hotel's location! It's situated in a charming, historic neighborhood and really close to the beautiful river. the view from our room is breathtaking. the room is clean and cozy, and the bathroom is a highlight. It is well-maintained and spotless. breakfast is worth it, with friendly staff and a decent spread.

The hotel lacks soundproofing, and we can sometimes hear the noise from the next room.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in a nice historical neighborhood is perfect, with shops, bars, and cafes nearby. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities provided are satisfactory. The rooms are comfortable, with excellent mattresses ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast served here is delicious and fulfilling.

Great value for money in a modern and clean hotel. Comfortable, enormous beds with quality mattresses. Nice historical neighborhood and proximity to the river front. Clean and updated rooms with decently sized showers. Helpful staff.

First off, I had a great Christmas weekend at this hotel. The atmosphere was festive and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the hot chocolate and cookies that were offered in the lobby. The location was perfect, only a short walk away from the beautiful riverfront and all the best restaurants and parks. The price was amazing for what I received, including a clean and cozy room with all the necessary amenities. Plus, the staff was accommodating and friendly, always available to help me with any questions or needs I had.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. The elevator was very slow and often crowded.
